What to include in your message

If you already own a rod and reel, include the model or the key specifications. Mention your usual venue type and whether you are mainly casting, float fishing, ledgering, trolling or fishing from a boat. If the issue is fatigue, lost fish, poor casting, line damage or awkward handling, say that directly. The more concrete the problem, the more useful the first response can be.
